Find your device ID

Platno installs only on iPhones and iPads Nermin has registered. This page finds your device's ID so you can send it to him. It takes about a minute.

1. This page must be open in Safari. In Chrome or inside another app (Viber, WhatsApp, Mail) the button does nothing: copy platno.pages.dev/udid into Safari.
2. Tap Find my device ID. A message says the website is trying to download a configuration profile: tap Allow. On iPad it may ask which device: choose iPad.
3. Next you see Profile Downloaded: tap Close. Nothing has happened yet; the next step is in Settings.
4. Go to the home screen and open the Settings app (grey gear icon). At the very top, just under your name, tap Profile Downloaded.
   Not there? In Settings tap General, scroll down to VPN & Device Management, then Platno: device ID. Still nothing? The download expires after 8 minutes: start again from step 2.
5. Tap Install at the top right and enter your device passcode (the one that unlocks the screen). Tap Install once more if asked.
6. Safari opens by itself with your device ID: a long code of letters and numbers. Tap Copy and paste it into a message to Nermin.

The profile only asks the device for its ID and model and sends them to this page. Nothing stays installed and nothing is stored. A web page is not allowed to open Settings by itself, which is why step 4 is done by hand.

Pronađite ID uređaja

Platno se instalira samo na iPhone i iPad uređaje koje je Nermin registrovao. Ova stranica pronalazi ID vašeg uređaja da mu ga pošaljete. Traje oko minutu.

1. Ova stranica mora biti otvorena u Safariju. U Chromeu ili unutar druge aplikacije (Viber, WhatsApp, Mail) dugme ne radi ništa: kopirajte platno.pages.dev/udid u Safari.
2. Dodirnite Pronađi ID uređaja. Poruka kaže da web stranica pokušava preuzeti konfiguracijski profil: dodirnite Dopusti (Allow). Na iPadu može pitati za koji uređaj: odaberite iPad.
3. Zatim piše Profil je preuzet (Profile Downloaded): dodirnite Zatvori (Close). Još se ništa nije desilo; sljedeći korak je u Postavkama.
4. Idite na početni ekran i otvorite aplikaciju Postavke (Settings, siva ikona zupčanika). Skroz na vrhu, odmah ispod vašeg imena, dodirnite Profil je preuzet (Profile Downloaded).
   Nema ga? U Postavkama dodirnite Općenito (General), skrolajte do VPN i upravljanje uređajima (VPN & Device Management), pa Platno: device ID. I dalje ništa? Preuzeti profil istekne nakon 8 minuta: krenite ponovo od drugog koraka.
5. Gore desno dodirnite Instaliraj (Install) i unesite šifru uređaja (onu kojom otključavate ekran). Ako opet pita, još jednom Instaliraj.
6. Safari se sam otvori i pokaže ID uređaja: dugi niz slova i brojeva. Dodirnite Kopiraj i zalijepite ga u poruku Nerminu.

Profil samo pita uređaj za njegov ID i model i šalje ih ovoj stranici. Ništa ne ostaje instalirano i ništa se ne čuva. Web stranica ne smije sama otvoriti Postavke, zato se četvrti korak radi ručno.
